About Me
I consider it my duty and privilege to bring a positive energy and bright, infectious spirit to each dedicated session with my clients. For two decades now I have sought continued education across all different methods of physical and emotional healing techniques as I seek to assist my clients in developing lean, strong, injury free bodies. I mindfully curate an individualized yoga and Pilates inspired program to improve inner and outer strength for my clients, merged with a constant awareness of breath, thoughts and actions. Another essential aspect of their healing journey consists of assisting clients in creating an essence of inner peace. From each and every realm of mind, body and spirit I am in tune with my clients’ needs and challenges, and partner with them to deliver a positive result. In addition to movement and stretching, programs focus on everything from Ayurvedic medicine to stress management and rejuvenation techniques, including massage, meditation for holistic well-being.
While my programs are customized for each client’s individual objectives and challenges, I have developed a proprietary program that blends the common threads from my variety of trainings. This is called the M3 Method: Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation, and is a successful combination of addressing the fullness of true wellness.
Mindfulness is a practice which alters the brain wave activity and produces a peace of mind, a connection to deeper emotions and aids in a restful sleep.
Movement is the invigorating practice that strengthens, lengthens and tones your body, while also increasing hormones and detoxing excess energy for a healthier central nervous system.
Meditation increases our alpha brain wave activity, which is the bridge between our conscious and subconscious, helping us cement the healing fruits of our physical labor in mind and heart.
This philosophy and practice is deeply rooted within my natural-born healing nature; I find that my compassion for people and my passion for helping them achieve their goals, guiding them to their light, is my life’s purpose. I have been fortunate enough to spend my time traveling the globe, providing everything from individualized programs to creating larger group holistic wellness retreats to activate and enliven all five senses.
