Your appointment is a learning experience, for which a one-on-one approach is required in order to tune into your bodyβs innate wisdom in the most dedicated way. I offer customized treatments for your specific set of concerns, guiding you in a direction that will have you feeling more fully yourself than ever before as we advance through your program.
Physical Therapy
Holistic Physical Therapy
Please be advised that each holistic physical therapy treatment is 60-75 minutes. For best results, I do advise a minimum of 10 sessions to be scheduled in advance, which carry a 48-hour cancellation policy. Insurance is dependent on out of network benefits but in most cases is accepted. The session consists of:
One-on-one physical therapy, providing hands-on techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, assisted stretching and other recommendations based on initial evaluation findings.
Customized functional therapeutic exercises specific to individual needs.
Balance and posture training.
One-on-One Assisted Stretch (30 or 60 MIN )
Safely improve flexibility and mobility with a therapist assisted stretch helping you release areas of tightness, essential for improving joint mobility, increasing your capacity for exercise, and reducing inflammation, .
Yoga
Yoga, an ancient healing practice, is a holistic training of the mind and body based on yogic philosophy, which promotes increased flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and spiritual growth.
Private Yoga
No matter where you are on your yoga journey, from gentle to advanced, or restorative, I work with you to create a one-on-one 75 minute yoga practice to instruct in the realms of form, alignment and breathing. This can take the form of classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and/or restorative lineages.
As with physical therapy, all yoga sessions are one hour, and it is recommended to book a minimum of 10 sessions booked in advance to follow a cadence of at least 1-2 times per week.
Small Group Yoga
For those seeking to align their practice with friends or family, I also offer small group classes for 2-4 individuals. In order to maintain a level of individual service to each group member, these classes run 75 minutes.
Healing
REIKI healing
Trigger your natural healing ability, reduce stress and promote relaxation with this ancient healing modality, which uses the practitioner as the conduit of prana, our natural life force energy. Channeling energies through the hands-on application of touch, this practice offers the transfer of energy to heal from within. This is rooted in ancient Japanese practice.
THETA HEALING
Hailed for its abilities to heal chronic pain and overcome negative thought patterns, Theta Healing is a shared meditative state between patient and practitioner as the result of entering into a relaxed state of consciousness, slowing the brainwaves and creating the optimum environment the body requires for restoration.

GUIDED MEDITATION
Become your own source of wisdom and intuitive intelligence with the practice of meditation. Allow me to guide you through a mindful meditation practice focusing on breath work and visualization while bringing your senses to life. Invite inner peace, and a sense of calm, while letting go of old thoughts and behavior patterns which may restrict a natural flow of energy.

Corporate Wellness
Corporate wellness is a holistic movement to improve the health and well-being of corporate employees, allowing them to feel nurtured and restored to encourage their best selves, as well as to bond together as a team. Sessions will be provided in a group setting, offering meditation, yoga, assisted stretching and breathing strategies which are designed to increase focus, concentration and productivity.

M3; Mindfulness Movement Meditation
A Life Transformational Program designed for the modern day busy individual. Each session begins with an Energy Clearing Ceremony, a Mindful Conversation based on a topic of the day, engaging our muscle of self-awareness, self-inquiry and self-acceptance; followed by a Mindful Movement Sequence including Yoga and Pilates based Practices designed to Strengthen, Lengthen, and Tone all muscles of the body while cultivating a sense of Well-Being. The session concludes with a Guided Meditation Practice to Ground our Energy, increasing focus and clarity, creating a State of Presence while Improving our Life/Work Balance with Joy and Gratitude.
This is designed as an ongoing 60 minute Ceremony. We will dive into topics including Self-Awareness, Self-Acceptance, Non-Judgement, Identifying Stress Triggers, Intentional Living, Therapeutic Listening, Enrichment of Personal Power and Personal Growth. I will offer a Mindfulness Journaling Exercise and a Daily Mantra for students to practice at leisure. In addition, every week you will have an opportunity to join an online community support group highlighting your weekly progress.
